The physician is a certified surgeon of the iStent®, Hydrus® and Preserflo® anti-glaucoma implants.
At the same time, the doctor has significant experience in cataract surgeries and in specialized anterior procedures such as cataract cases with phacoemulsification, intraocular lens dissection, intraocular lens replacement, intraocular lens placement in cases of aphakia and in the surgical treatment of certain diseases of the iris with iridoplasty methods.
Regarding his academic interests, he is a lecturer in clinical medicine at the University of Glasgow, Scotland and has published a significant number of articles in international journals and has presented at international conferences in Europe and America. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of the United Kingdom (FRCOphth) and the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO).
