Your safety is our top priority

We have taken all the necessary measures and precautions, recommended by experts, to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.

When you visit the Clinic, you will notice that:

• The use of masks is mandatory and is practiced by everyone. All patients, visitors and staff must wear masks. (Acceptable masks are surgical, cloth and N95 masks without valve. Masks should NOT contain a valve, as they allow unfiltered air to escape).
• Entrance is allowed only from the side entrance of the Clinic (Outpatient Clinic). All other entry points remain closed during the pandemic.
• Patients and their companion are screened by Clinic staff, with thermometry and questions about symptoms and possible exposure to the virus, before entering the Clinic building.
• Social distancing measures are observed in the premises.
• Enhanced cleaning of the examination rooms and equipment is carried out after each patient, as well as the remaining premises of the Clinic.

When you arrive at the clinic

Our staff will welcome you and guide you on the screening process upon admission to the Clinic. You will be asked about possible exposure to the virus or any symptoms in recent days and thermometerized.

If the entrance screening is completed smoothly, our staff will remind you of some important safety guidelines during your stay at the Clinic, including the use of masks in all areas, social distancing, and the policy regarding clinic visits. Then you can head to the venue where you have your scheduled appointment. If you experience symptoms or our staff deem it necessary, you will be immediately directed to a specially designated area next to the entrance, for additional COVID-19 screening and testing, if needed.

As long as you wait

We have taken all necessary precautions in the waiting areas. More specifically, you will notice that:

• There are bottles of antiseptics in all waiting areas available to everyone.
• The use of masks and distancing measures are observed in all waiting areas.
• The seats are arranged in such a way that the distance measures are observed.
• Constant cleaning and disinfection of the premises is carried out.

During your appointment

During your examination by the doctors of the Clinic, you will receive all the necessary care, observing all the necessary protective measures. More specifically:

The use of the mask is mandatory, both by you and by the staff of the Clinic who cares for you.

Visitor ban policy

During the pandemic, for safety reasons, we have banned visits to the Clinic. This measure is necessary to ensure that both our patients and our staff remain safe. In this way, we minimize the number of people in our facilities and, therefore, significantly reduce the risk of spreading the virus. This practically means that, if you have a standard examination at the Clinic, you will have to come on your own. An exception is made only in the following cases:

• As long as you need qualified assistance to go to the Clinic.
• If you are carrying out a serious surgical operation (1 guest).
• If you are pregnant (1 guest).
• If your child needs to undergo an examination or surgery (1 parent/guardian).
