The Clinic for Urinary Disorders and Neuro-Urology addresses patients who have problems urinating due to neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, strokes, spinal cord injuries or diabetic neuropathy. At the same time, care is also provided to patients with chronic bladder dysfunction without apparent neurological cause.
The clinic offers complete diagnostic and therapeutic services, among which:
• Urodynamic studies of the latest technology
• Ultrasound of the urinary system
• Management of neurogenic cyst with drug and intracystic therapy (e.g. Botox)
• Training in intermittent catheterizations
• Coordination of referrals to other specialties where required (Neurology, Physiology, Gynecology, etc.)
THE medical team consists of specialized urologists with experience in neuro-urology and urinary disorders, specialized nursing staff to support examinations and patient education, as well as administrative secretariat to organize and monitor appointments and patient records.
Modern equipment (urodynamic machine, ultrasound, electronic patient file) ensures a high level of accuracy and safety, while the clinic operates 1—2 times a week, with the possibility of rapid reassessment of patients.
