Admission to the Hospital
Scheduled introduction
When you arrive at the Clinic, you will come to the Traffic Office on the second floor, next to the main reception, to fill in your personal details, as well as the details of your insurance coverage (if any). You will then receive instructions from our staff, who will accompany you to your room.

*We remind you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all patients must undergo a test before entering the Clinic. For safety reasons and due to the situation, visits to the Clinic are not allowed.

In case of emergency
In case of an emergency, please contact the secretariat of the Outpatient Clinics of the Clinic. For any information or to make an appointment, you can call 2310 390766 or 2310 380000.

What to bring with you
• Identity Card
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Social Security Number (AMKA)
• Insurance booklet or any other proof of insurance provided by your Insurance Company

Hospital Discharge
Departure Day
Your attending physician will inform you about the departure day, always based on the outcome of your hospitalisation and your safety, after receiving instructions on your medication, if required.

When leaving the Hospital, you will have to settle your medical bill at the Patient Secretary's Office. 

The Secretariat is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 7:00 to 15:00.
On the second floor of the Hospital there is an ATM available for cash withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Departure from the Hospital
On the departure date, we recommend that someone picks you up from the Hospital.

In case you have to be transferred by ambulance, we can arrange that for you.
