The Microbiology Laboratory of the Clinic is fully equipped with the latest generation of analyzers covering the entire spectrum of diagnostic analyses and cultures.
To ensure the quality of its results, the Laboratory participates in international external quality control programs (External Quality Control) of its analyses.
The department operates 24 hours a day to meet the needs of both the patients of the Clinic and the external cases.
The Radiodiagnostic Department of the "AGIOS LOUKAS" Clinic is fully equipped with all modern X-ray machines and digital technology systems, offering modern and effective imaging methods.
Our Department is staffed with specialized and highly trained Medical, Technological and Nursing staff and is one of the largest Radiodiagnostic Departments in Greece. A key characteristic of the people working in the Department is teamwork and the excellent spirit of cooperation, which in combination with specialized knowledge and training, long experience and responsible professional behavior, ultimately results in the provision of innovative and high quality diagnostic and therapeutic services.
In the Surgical Department of the Clinic, the entire spectrum of general surgery procedures is performed. The equipment of the department is modern and complete, so that any surgical procedures, even some extremely unusual ones, can be carried out comfortably.
The Clinic has 278 beds, 24 operating rooms that can operate simultaneously, as well as 3 large Intensive Care Units, which operate according to the most modern health standards.
In the Surgical Department of "AGIOS LOUKAS" was applied for the first time in Northern Greece endoscopic (laparoscopic) surgery, which today has been generalized and covers a large percentage of abdominal surgeries.
